The RMS St Helena will host an Open Day on Saturday 9 July 2016 while she is anchored in James’ Bay.

The ship will be open to all members of the public – but priority will be given to those who have not had the opportunity to go aboard the RMS before. All schoolchildren will also be given the opportunity to go onboard the ship.

Sessions on the day will run at 09.30hrs, 11.00hrs, 12.30hrs, 14.00hrs and 15.30hrs – and groups of 50 will be allowed onboard at each time.

To apply for a ticket please contact Solomon’s Shipping Office on telephone number 22523 or email dsm@solomons.co.sh. Applications will be accepted from 09.00hrs on Monday 27 June 2016.

Tickets will be allocated on a first come, first served basis, with priority given to people who have not previously been onboard.  Any remaining spaces will then be allocated to others, again on a first come, first served basis. Solomon’s will confirm named ticket allocations by Monday 4 July 2016.
