Our aim is to drive SHG’s Transformation Agenda to create and support conditions that will enable the culture and behaviours needed to achieve and sustain transformational change and high performance.

The main functions of the Human Resources & OD team are to:

  • Develop an SHG Workforce Plan that is ‘forward looking’ by undertaking a Skills Audit to help SHG have a better understanding of its available skill capabilities.
  • Lead on and support directorates in carrying out a functional analysis of their service areas.
  • Continue to support directorates with the development and design of cadres and the underpinning competency frameworks, to ensure job families are implemented across the rest of SHG.
