This Friday, 18 March 2016, His Excellency Governor Capes departs St Helena for France and Corsica on official business, before returning to the UK in April at the end of his term in office.
As is customary on St Helena, on the day of final departure, the Governor and Mrs Capes will make themselves available in the Governor’s Office to bid members of the public farewell.
Accordingly, the Governor and Mrs Capes will be available in the Governor’s Office from 09.00hrs to 09.30hrs this Friday, 18 March 2016 – to receive members of the public and bid farewell to those who wish to attend.
