The following is a Public Announcement from Corporate Services:

The public is advised that with effect from Monday, 6 May 2019, the Corporate Services Reception Desk at the Castle will operate from the main foyer, accessed via the steps in the Castle Courtyard near the Archives. The Reception Desk can be contacted on tele: 22470 and will be open from 8.30am to 4pm Mondays – Fridays.

All visitors to the Castle will be required to report to the reception area in the main foyer. Appropriate signage will be in place. The Receptionist will contact the staff member being visited (or where applicable their Personal Assistant), who will then meet and escort the visitor from the main foyer area to the relevant office.

Family and friends wishing to see a staff member will need to ask the Receptionist to contact them before being met in the main foyer area.

Any visitors wishing to see an Elected Member will be directed to the Secretary to the Elected Members’ office.
