Waste Management Services (WMS) would like to advise the public that there will be no changes to existing services on the Public Holidays Monday, 21, and Tuesday, 22 May 2018.
Residents are requested to have their waste ready for collection by 6am on their normal collection day. Late placement of bins may result in missed collection.
Public areas and toilet cleaning services also remain unchanged.
The public is reminded that Horse Point Landfill Site is open 24/7, including on Public Holidays. Users are encouraged to recycle as much of their waste as possible prior to any disposal in the Bulky Waste Cell.
To protect the environment, residents are also asked to ensure that all litter is properly disposed of in the public litter bins provided around the Island. WMS will provide additional litter bins in Jamestown for the St Helena Day celebrations.
