The St Helena Supreme Court will formally open on Monday, 8 January 2018.
This will be the tenth anniversary of Chief Justice Ekins’ appointment as Chief Justice of the St Helena Supreme Court and, to mark this occasion, a marchpast of uniformed contingents will take place at 10am on Monday, 8 January. The Supreme Court will commence thereafter.
Both Civil and Criminal cases will be heard by the Supreme Court during this session which will continue until Friday, 26 January 2018.
