The following is a Public Announcement from the Roads Section:
The Highways Authority has given approval for Shy Road to be closed to vehicular traffic with immediate effect and until further notice. This is to enable the Roads Section to carry out essential repairs on the retaining wall.
Pedestrians will still be able to use the road during this closure.
Appropriate signage will be in place.
The public is thanked for their co-operation and will be kept updated.
