CHARTER PLANE TO BRING HOME ST HELENA PASSENGERS

SHG is pleased to advise that agreement has been reached for a charter flight to transport affected citizens and personnel from Cape Town to St Helena.

 The flight is expected to arrive at St Helena Airport during the middle of next week. Further details will be announced as they become available.

 Passengers in Cape Town are being informed today. 

 Chief Secretary Roy Burke said:

 “I appreciate this has been a frustrating time for many people but we can now put in place the necessary arrangements to bring those people stranded in Cape Town to St Helena.  We are looking forward to welcoming everyone to the Island next week.”

 Persons wishing to travel outwards on the charter flight are requested to register their details at the following email address: rmsdelay@sainthelena.gov.sh
