SERVICES OVER EASTER
The Environmental Management Division would like to advise the public that there will be no domestic and commercial waste collection on Good Friday (Friday 25 March 2016). Normal service will resume on Saturday 26 March for domestic and commercial customers who ordinarily have waste collected on a Friday.
Waste Management Services will also operate on Easter Monday, so services that week will be unaffected.
The public are also reminded that Horse Point Landfill Site is not open on Public Holidays and therefore will be closed on Friday 25 and Monday 28 March. The site will be open as normal on Saturday 26 and Sunday 27 March from 09.00hrs to 15.00hrs and normal services will resume again on Tuesday 29 March.
