On Thursday 25 February 2016, a man aged 66 and a woman aged 56, both of St Helena, were charged with Child Neglect, under the Children & Young Persons Ordinance Section 6 (1).
Both have been bailed to appear before Jamestown Magistrates Court on Thursday 21 April 2016 at 10am.
