A draft Sustainable Economic Development Plan (SEDP) has been developed for St Helena and is currently out for public consultation.
Members of the public who would like to provide feedback are reminded that the deadline is Monday, 12 February 2018.
The draft SEDP can be found on the SHG website at: www.sainthelena.gov.sh/publications/. Hard copies are also available from the Castle Reception, Post & Customer Services Centre, Public Library and outlets in various districts.
Thank you to everyone who has already engaged in the consultation process. The consultation team, which comprises of members of the Economic Development Committee including Elected Members, SHG and ESH, have so far hosted eight public meetings and met with the Chamber of Commerce. Feedback has also been received via email and face-to-face discussions.
