The case of the Attorney General of St Helena (Appellant) v AB, AC, NK (by her litigation friend Ms ER) (Respondents) will be heard before the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council on Monday, 18 November 2019.
This is an appeal from a decision of the St Helena Court of Appeal.
Judicial Services would like to advise the public that the proceedings in the Privy Council will be streamed live from the Court House in Jamestown. The hearing is due to commence at 11am and will be open to the public.
