Unplanned events at OR Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg this morning have caused a slight delay in the flight to St Helena.

Three passengers did not present themselves to the Boarding Gate on time and as a result were not able to travel on today’s flight.

Today’s events have caused a minor delay to the flight schedule. All passengers are therefore requested to strictly adhere to check-in and boarding times to avoid circumstances like these.

Passengers are reminded that OR Tambo International is a large sprawling airport and help can be arranged to assist passengers transiting the airport. Passengers arriving or departing Johannesburg requiring extra time to board, who cannot walk long distances, or are in need of assistance can make suitable arrangements through Airlink on tel: +27114517350. The same arrangements can be made for St Helena Airport if required.
