REPORT IT, SORT IT

 UPDATE

The Report It, Sort It initiative was launched by SHG on 20 July 2015. Since then almost 50 reports, lodged by members of the public, have been dealt with – with just two outstanding.

SHG Change Manager, Helen Standen, said:

“Whilst we try to resolve all reports within a very short time and keep the customer informed, sometimes the issue is outside of SHG’s control and responsibility. In such cases we work with other sectors to find a satisfactory solution wherever possible.”

Handy fridge magnets promoting Report It, Sort It will this week be available across the Island at local outlets and at the Castle reception. Keep an eye out and collect your FREE magnet, stick it on your fridge and let SHG know if you want to report a fault such as a failing street light or pothole.

Members of the public can report problems with SHG’s services by:

  • Visiting the Castle and speaking to Information Research Support Officer Linda Benjamin
  • Calling the dedicated phone number 25252 between 8.30am and 4pm, or by leaving a message outside of office hours
  • Sending an e-mail to: relations@sainthelena.gov.sh
  • Completing the form on the SHG website at:
