TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PUBLIC TOILETS OPPOSITE THE MUSEUM

The Environment & Natural Resources Directorate (ENRD) advises the public that the public toilets opposite the Museum in Jamestown will be closed from Monday, 12 March 2018, for approximately five weeks. This is to allow the toilets to undergo improvement works.

Works will include internal and external painting, new sanitary ware and plumbing, and other fixtures to improve these facilities.

This upgrade is being delivered through a partnership approach between ENRD’s Property Division and Waste Management Services.

Other public toilets will benefit from a similar upgrade when funding permits.

ENRD would like to thank the public for their cooperation and apologise for any inconvenience this temporary closure might cause.
