The public is reminded that a comments book has been placed in the foyer of Essex House for anyone wishing to make comments on the two proposed sites for the new prison. Alternatively, persons wishing to make comments may do so by emailing the Secretary of the Prison Project Board, Miss Nicole Plato, via: nicole.plato@sainthelena.gov.sh by no later than Thursday, 30 November 2017.
The two proposed sites, situated in the Bottom Woods area of Longwood are:
- West of the Met Station
- An area known as the Goat Pen
The layouts of the proposed sites have been placed in the foyer of Essex House and at Longwood Supermarket for the public to view.
