CONSULTATION ON ROAD TRAFFIC BILL & PRINCIPLES OF JAMESTOWN PARKING REVIEW

The public is informed that the draft Road Traffic Bill is currently out for public consultation. The Bill is significantly important to all motorists and road users.

A series of public meetings to discuss this Bill, and the Principles of the Jamestown Parking Review, will be held at 7pm at the following venues on the dates below. The public is urged to attend these meetings to provide feedback on both documents.

 Copies of the draft Road Traffic Bill can be viewed at the Public Library, Customer Service Centre, Essex House, and all Island Community Centres. It is also available on the SHG website, under the Public Consultation section of the Publications page: https://www.sainthelena.gov.sh/publications

Anyone wishing to make any comments on the Bill may do so in writing to the Secretary, Environment & Natural Resources Committee, Essex House, Jamestown, or via email: committee@enrd.gov.sh  before Tuesday, 15 November 2016.
