SHG EMPLOYEE OPINION SURVEY 2015

Today, Tuesday 2 June 2015, is the final day for SHG employees to take part in this year’s Employee Opinion Survey – aimed at gathering employees’ views on a number of issues they feel are important to them.

The Survey, launched on 12 May, forms part of SHG’s Change Programme, Fresh Start, aimed at improving the way the Public Service works and providing its customers with the high quality services they deserve – as well as improving the workplace experiences of all employees.

The deadline for completing the survey is 4pm today. SHG staff are urged to complete the Employee Opinion Survey. It is an excellent opportunity to comment on how they feel about working in SHG as well as getting involved in a process aimed at identifying and addressing those things that make them unhappy at work.

Results gathered from the survey will be used to develop action plans to be rolled out over the next few months. Progress will regularly be reported across SHG.
