Job Description
The Inclusion Manager is responsible for working in close partnership with internal and external partners and agencies to ensure a creative and consistent approach to Inclusion, Safeguarding and Special Education Needs (SEN) provision to ensure that the curriculum is designed to meet the individual needs of pupils with SEND.
We are looking for a strong Leader with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to relate to a range of audiences including children, parents, teachers, senior managers and personnel focusing on improving outcomes for children and young people.
