Job Description
This is a high profile, leadership position as a member of the Company’s Corporate Management Team.
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for the overall management and development of the Human Resources functions in line with the Company’s agenda and Purpose & Values and in support of a diverse range of business areas.
Interested Persons should have:

- Managing Employees through change
- Conducting training needs analysis and facilitation of training
- Recruitment
- Reward & Benefits
- Talent Management, Employee Engagement & Succession Planning
- Performance Management/improvement
- Proven experience in Human Resources Management
- A strong academic background, desirably with a CIPD qualification (or equivalent) in Human Resources Management
- Knowledge of Employment practices and legislation and an ability to interpret and draft policies accordingly
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong leadership/managerial skills
- Strong strategic planning skills and understanding of budgets and basic financial analysis
- Delegation, planning and organisational skills
- Computer literacy and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Applications
- A high degree of integrity, maturity and professionalism with the ability to lead effectively in a demanding, fast-paced team environment
- Desirably – experience in coaching/mentoring and mediation
