Executive Assistant to HE Governor

£16,248 per annum
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to HE the Governor to serve as the principal point of contact in administration matters relating to the Office of the Governor. Working in a fast-paced environment, the postholder will co-ordinate and manage engagement with a range of officials, including Ministers, Elected Members, senior public servants, the Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office, community organisations and members of the public. They will be required to maintain oversight of the Governor’s commitments and responsibilities, respecting deadlines and ensuring timely follow up and completion of agreed actions. The role requires exceptional organisational skills as well as high standards of integrity and confidentiality. The successful candidate will work alongside the current postholder for a short period of time to ensure a smooth transition.
