We are seeking a Temporary cook to work at Plantation House, the cook is tasked with reporting to the

Plantation House Residence Manager on all matters related to food supply and preparation at Plantation

House. They will communicate with the Residence Manager to craft creative and health-conscious menus

for all occasions e,g daily & official functions. This post requires cooking, baking & presentation skills. The

cook will also suggest alternative menu items to the Residence Manager when particular food items or

ingredients are not in stock. The role will also involve hygiene and cleaning of the Kitchen areas and will

be working alongside the Assistant cook.
