for patients and service users alike. The post holder will enable the early help approach from a mental
health perspective across the multi-agency partnership, which will include Health, Social Care, Education
and community-based services. This could involve working in facilities such as the Hospital, Community
Care Complex (CCC), Sheltered Accommodation, Schools, Prison or wherever you are required in order
to perform the role.
