Members of the public who have not yet received their second dose of the MMR (Measles, Mumps and Rubella) vaccine from April, May, and June are invited to attend one of the upcoming vaccination clinics:
| District | Date | Time |
| Jamestown Community Centre | Thursday 23 July | 10:00 – 12:00 |
| HTH Clinic | Thursday 23 July | 14:00 – 15:00 |
Important reminder: If attending for your second MMR vaccination, please ensure that at least 28 days have passed since your first vaccination.
Completing the recommended MMR vaccination course provides important protection against Measles, Mumps, and Rubella, helping to protect individuals and the wider community.
Anyone born before 1989 or who have not yet started their MMR vaccination course are strongly encouraged to attend. This will be the final public clinic for individuals wishing to receive their first MMR dose.
Those wishing to receive their first MMR dose but who are unable to attend either clinic are encouraged to contact their local clinic and speak with the designated nurse regarding arrangements to receive the MMR vaccine.
Anyone planning to travel off-island during this period is also encouraged to contact the Health Promotion Team on 25949 to arrange an appointment.
For individuals who are housebound and unable to attend any of the scheduled sessions, home visits can be arranged with a nurse. Please contact the Health Promotion Team on 25949 to register your request.
