Minister for Environment, Natural Resources and Planning (ENRP), and Economic Development (ED), Karl Thrower, will depart St Helena tomorrow, Saturday 31 October, for a three-week period.
During his time off-island, Minister Thrower will attend the Green Overseas Conference in Paris, followed by COP31 in Turkey. His visit will conclude with official meetings in the UK.
In Minister Thrower’s absence, Minister Andrew Turner has been assigned responsibility for the ENRP and ED portfolios.
