The Preventative Health Evaluation & Impact Manager will contribute to enhancing the well-being

of everyone in our community and support the island's prosperity by supporting efforts to

strengthen the community prevention and management of chronic diseases. This role aims to

enhance the processes and capabilities of the preventative health team. Key responsibilities will

include designing, implementing, and assessing health improvement initiatives, along with
