Further to the advert on Residential Development Sites for Sale in the Sapper Way area, St Paul’s, the public is advised that, owing to boundary issues with Plot 631 within the Scotland registration section, this plot will now be withdrawn from tender.
Plot 631 is being re-tendered with modified details with a later closing date of 12 noon GMT on Friday, 31 January 2020.
The other land tenders for plots 627 and 628 remain unaffected and the closing date for these will remain as 12 noon GMT on Friday, 17 January 2020.
Revised tender details for Plot 631 are available to collect from The Castle Reception.
Please be advised that additional site visits have been arranged for all plots on the following days and times:
- Tuesday, 7 January 2020 – 12-1pm
- Thursday, 9 January 2020 – 12-1pm
