SICK CREW MEMBER TO BE DISCHARGED
Port Control has advised that they are expecting the arrival of a tugboat and oil rig at around 3pm today, Monday 1 May 2017, to drop off a sick crew member.
The tugboat ‘Fairmount Summit’ is towing oil rig ‘Atwood Condo’ from the USA to Cape Town in South Africa. The crew member, who has fallen sick, will be discharged at St Helena to receive necessary treatment.
The tugboat and oil rig will continue their journey once the crew member has been discharged.
