Legislative Council will meet formally on Wednesday 18 May 2016, at 10am in the Court House, Jamestown. The meeting will be broadcast live on SAMs Radio 1.
10 papers will be presented during the meeting, including:
- Government of St Helena – A Bill for an Ordinance – The Road Traffic (Amendment) Ordinance, 2016
- Government of St Helena – A Bill for an Ordinance – The Courts (Extension of Jurisdiction) Ordinance, 2016
- Government of St Helena – Order to Rectify the Environmental Protection Ordinance, 2016
- Government of St Helena – Proceedings of the Legislative Council, Friday, 12 February 2016 – First Sitting of the Twelfth Meeting.
There will also be seven motions and three questions for written reply.
The meeting will conclude with the customary Adjournment Debate, when Councillors will have the opportunity to raise various issues relating to St Helena.
